Without getting into it I have to say also that you are totally wrong SH. If you like I would be happy to explain why everything you mention is irrelevant, in pm's.
This game will likely stay safe not because its protection is unbreakable, but because it is an obscure title.
In my case I will probably continue not to get the game due to said copy protection being a hassle (that and I have a strong dislike for most payware DLC)
