I second this. I lived in Western Washington for three years while I was in and got my concealed carry permit. Somebody is going to get shot because of these idiots and Washington being the blue state that it is will ban CC permits in a flash. How much do you want to bet that neither one of these two in the story have never used a gun before in their life? Judging from his choice of "carry" location I'd say I'm pretty close if not spot on.
