Miner you need to change this in the eqp file :

..[Equipment 40]
NodeName=M07
LinkName=TorpLauncher
StartDate=19380101
EndDate=19451231

to this :

[Equipment 40]
NodeName=M07
LinkName=torpspawngun
StartDate=19380101
EndDate=19451231

Darkfish changed the launcher's name in the new version.
