Any doctrine modifications doesn't matter in MP game if host doesn't use them. Everyone could have different doctrine mods but if the person hosting the game has standard ones, everyone will play on standard in MP game.
Same in other direction - if the host of MP game use modified doctrines, the game will use this doctrines even if all the rest use standard ones.
So in MP only matters what doctrines the host uses.
