The most obvious external difference is that the bottom two torpedo tubes have been removed. Once inside you'll notice some obviously post-war equipment installed, but a good portion of the original configuration is still intact.
All in all, you'll have a great time there. I was just there a couple of weeks ago and spent about an hour examining every last section of the boat.
Plus, be sure to visit the adjoining Naval Museum - their displays are VERY well presented.
