The German gunsight nor the Allied are adjustable(unless you talk about the late war Gyro Gunsights)..but you can play with some camera settings
by IL2's Default settings:
SHIFT+F1 will make the camera center on the Gunsight.
DELETE - END - DOWNPAGE are Zoom options
