I would advise you to save each night in game time and when you go to save pause the game and be in the map or in your crew screen and then save.The game can be very funny about saving so it is best to do it when nothing at all is going on around you and never underwater.I know some use the no save thing but I am not saying you have to use the save unless you get a bug .It just saves you from suffering funny bugs that might make you loose your entire career.
