Couldn't agree more.
If they manage to fix the obviouse (en sp?) mistakes of SH3, and only add 1% new (Theyv'e already exceeded that), I'll be as happy as a pig in clover.
Quality over Quantity. Craftsmen over Assembly Lines.
I've got cofidence in The Devs, and think SHV is going to be great.
