Ummm its "Global" warming.... just way too much verberia there to digest in an offhand manner.

Keep one thing in mind when reading some of these reports. They are prepaired by people with a vested interest in the topic so they just might be biased a little.


On the bright side they expect heating oil to be at a lower costs so it will be a little cheaper to get by this winter of warming
