I took a few pix yesterday & today. First, the USS Green Bay (LPD-20) arrives in San Francisco Bay.
A bit of convoy activity today: Liberty Ship plus Tanker.
Due to heavy overcast, aerial shots were fuzzier than in previous Fleet Weeks. First: The Patriots Jets Team, flying L-39s past my home.
Then the Blue Angels -- passing directly over my home, low enough to set off car alarms and give you that eerie full-body tingle. It doesn't get much closer than this:
WHOOSH!!! 
And this, I could not have planned. It just happened that way.
Not bad, I guess, considering my view from home is all "backstage" -- facing away from the main action over the bay.
