I know what you're talking about. I found a pretty decent server and had played a couple rounds on it. In the begining of one of the rounds I choose to run for Commander. Since I wasn't expecting to get the position I hoped into the gunner position of a friendly tank. I am then made Commander. The server then tells me that its against the rules to be in a vehicle as commander. So I hit E to get out of the tank, before I could walk two feet I'm kicked from the server with the following reason:
"Admin decision. Do not be in vehicles as commander."
