Wow! I haven't used SH3 Commander since SH3 v1.3, and I didn't know that there was a version compatible with 1.4b out already previous to this. Or did I misunderstand?
Anyway - so we can assign medals, promotions and qualifications directly from SH3 Commander now? Even if we have not received any from in game to hand out?
And from the screenshot it appears that we can actually assign more than one qualification to petty officers now?
Finally, regarding the new radio messages mentioned. Is this compatible with Irishred's Radiolog mod?
