"Detecting radar signals, sir".
A L A R M ! ! ! Crash Dive.
Flooding. Both electric motors destroyed.
Attack Two: Lights out. (Don't like planes, and they obviousely don't like me).

History:
U100 (VIIB) 7. Flotilla
17 patrols 11.AUG.40 til 25.FEB.43 296.637 GRT
What a bummer...:-(..........

reminds me of Iron Coffins. i'm reading Attack and Sink by Bernard Edwards about the attack on SC42. reading about merchants sinking with all the crew is horrifying enough and under trained u-boat crews going out to war and panicking then dying....

looking forward to Black May next by Michael Gannon, another cheery read.

Good Luck next time Snestorm
