I think I remember that one...and I may be wrong here but I think it was done by a fellow named Stabiz.
If I am recalling correctly, he had all his videos removed from Youtube for some reason or other. That would be why you can't find it anymore.
Like I said, I may be totally wrong on this but someone else will probably have the correct answer.
