I feel sick to the pit of my guts when I contemplate the horror of life in this
world. As if inevitable mortality wasn't enough, death is, more often than
not, bought about in the cruelest ways. As I type there are people bleeding
to death wrecked cars, starving, and withering away from sickness and
age; all of them desperately clinging for the little extra life that they are
cruely being pulled away from.
However, even the worst torments of our final hours can be equaled by
the suffering of those for whom death seams all to far away. Right now, as
through all history, the beautiful, the ugly, the innocent, the guilty, young
and old are being beaten, raped and tormented to such extents that my
own, as yet untouched, mind can not comprehend their anguish.
Even when their surroundings are calm, the mad are trapped in the hell of
their own minds and the broken hearted in their solitude.
All the while the gods turn the other way and the vast, cold space
of stars and galaxies looks on with unflinching indifference to wretched
misery humanity endures.

Even if you are fortunate to die before you endure the worst of it, it is still
there for countless others and will be until the universe is void of life altogether.

If it doesn't make you feel ill; your either a monster or enjoying the bliss of ignorance.
