I don't know, but I think LSH3 is in German only and I see you are from the USA.
Right click on 7z file choose OPEN.
Now click on the blue - sign (extract) and it says copy to ... change the path to C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\MODS if your SH3 installation is there. |
No if you change the destination folder the mod will not work as it should or even not load at all
