You only need to open the first file LSH3_V4_Full.7z (I suggest to download the one file). Look
here and download the
FULL version. 874 MB.
I don't know, but I think LSH3 is in German only and I see you are from the USA.
Right click on 7z file choose OPEN.
Now click on the blue - sign (extract) and it says copy to ... change the path to C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\SilentHunterIII\MODS if your SH3 installation is there.
