I'm sure this information will put conspiracy theorists into a frenzy, but I'm still convinced he died in Berlin in 1945. Hitler was a sick man physically as well as in other respects. He probably didn't have long to live anyway. If he had wanted to leave Berlin he certainly threw away every earlier opportunity. Given his obsession with German nationalism he never would have been content living in South America or anywhere else, and with a mouth as large as his would have never kept it shut if he had gotten there.
