I am in my GWX 3 campaign in August 1940. I got a message saying that Lorient and 1 other base in France are avaliable. I even docked at Lorient. I am curious when I can change my base to there. I tried requesting a transfer, but it would appear the only bases I can transfer to are Kiel and Wilhemshaven.
