Have to join the choir and say those loading times are a wee bit long for a rig like that.

I have somewhat similar setup (AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000 Dual Core 3.0GhZ, 4GB of RAM and a GF9800GT 512mb) and my loading time is 1½ minutes.
