I see what you mean. The size would be too large indeed if you mean to say that each flag would cost 26 MB.
Unfortunately, I no longer have the time to modify files as I used to.

Possibly some day the SH4 - style flags could just be made for the major combatants such as America, Britain, Canada, Germany, Italy, and of course Russia... to reduce the workload.
