Anvart , just tested your mod (doing some ...merging in commands en_cfg first) and all i can say is that it is absolutely beautifull mod ! especially the sh4 look flags
the shift+v,ctrl+v,shift+f,ctrl+f commands is understandable by my but
i notice in the commands two new commands (one is shift+r and the other ctrl+r) and also you have disable the radar toggle command
