Is it possible to sail the best German subs early in the war? I am trying to play some "what if" careers. I would like to have the technology add-ons available as well. I have tried editing the sh3.cfg file without success. I am running GWX3.0 (Awesome) and SH3 Commander 3.2 (Also way cool). Any help advice on this (point me to a FAQ, link, etc) would be great.
