I'm about to buy a new computer (notebook, that is) myself. As regards to graphics cards, you might want to check this site out - it's pretty neat:

I'm afraid it's in German, but the 3D Marks should give you an impression of what your next graphics card is capable of.

BTW: The FSB seemed a little low to me - but I'm not much of an expert TBH.

EDIT: Just found out that you can switch the language to Portuguese. Be sure to check it out
