well i would be okay if could just load it up before a patrol and they wear cold weather clothing the whole time, regardless of weather at least once youre in patrol area it wont look so goofy.I can see how it could be a problem if clothing is adjusted to weather, such as how foul weather clothing is for crews when it storms.
Just a mod that outfitted them in cold weather clothing, could load up with JSGME before you start a patrol would be great
