I have uploaded the graphics patch for Trigger Maru 1.6.3, use the following link:

The *.7z is the compression mode, it is like *.rar or *.zip. You can use WinRAR to decompress the files. All 3 portions are installed with jsgme. They are also for SHS4 patched to 1.3. The TM1.7 is for the version 1.4 of SH4.
