Also i saw no bugs with harbour traffic 1.43 on the patrols before with one exeption: If you save game during leaving the harbour and reload, the ai becomes confused and strange things happens. Planes are crashing and ships are beaching...I think it`s neither a mod problem than a general ai issue.

Hmmm............. I did do an initial save and exit just after the start of the patrol.................
