So all people who had been imprisoned for breaking Prohibition laws/brought up on charges were released after it was repealed. In short, they may as well not have been doing anything wrong.
I find it odd that someone who opposes the government's desire for gun bans would have such a problem with the Kennedy family opposing Prohibition and the government's nation-wide ban on alcohol...
