They enjoy to play the victim - while stabbing you from behind.
Years ago the US used to manufacturer goods and export them to other countries. Even oil was an export. WWII changed everything. All of the industries were retooled for war. The country prospered from the lend-lease act and the fat cats loved it. It hasn't changed since.

Now look at what the US exports. Financial derivatives, imaginary assets that amount to nothing. We can't even manufacture anything cheap enough to sell to ourselves. So what is our major export? War. If people thought our the US economy was going to collapse when the auto industry started to fail, what do you think would happen if the defense industry failed?

Ever notice that the US is ALWAYS AT WAR with someone. Every night on our news we fear monger about a threat somewhere in the world. North Korea, the Taliban, etc. doesn't matter. Always find an enemy to make sure that war machine is fed. Keep the public in fear with news broadcasts and convince them we need better weapons. If an enemy can't be found, or if they don't do anything to provoke us, we'll make up a reason to attack. (Iraq anyone?)

This isn't 7.5 billion in "aid". They won't see a dime of it. It isn't even real money, it's debt our grandchildren will be paying for. It is 7.5 billion paid to the US defense industry by congressman lining their pockets with kickbacks and campaign contributions.
