the game hates you that's why
I noticed mine hates me too so dont feel bad
listen to irish he is correct you can edit all your crew to have no fatigue
or give your sub 20 tubes in a type IIA if you want
the game references to that .cfg before any other file unless one of your mods
enabled in jsgme has replaced it which is probably the case so go into that mods
data folder & edit/replace (or) delete it.
