That's my problem... I didn't realize radioing into HQ was a request for a new mission. I thought it was sending STATUS REPORT, like hey, I just sunk two ships. Or, I'm over here now boss!
I figured missions were doled out as you completed them, regardless of whether or not you radioed in.
Do you have to radio in to get objectives?
