what's the difference between a small merchant kill flag and a large merchant kill flag? What, in the game, constitutes a small kill and what kind of merchants are large? Is there a tonnage threshold? I've assumed so far that boats like sampans and junks are small, and anything 1,000 tons or larger is a large.
