I went to a public high school where the dress code was free, but enforced, no short skirts, spaghetti straps, et cetera.
Fights were not frequent, but were about and active, there was one every 2-3 weeks.

the two got in an arguement over music (with the gangsta saying emo people should cut themselves in the places where it counts
) and my friend grabbed this black kid by the popped collar and tossed him through a safety glass window, then proceeding to pound his face into the floor.
