Sorry to have misunderstood the true meaning of your post, but my intentions were not to bomb anybody with this load of formulas, but since they are scattered all aver the forums, I thought it would be usefull to write down these formulas as a reminder for whoever has a brain for that, rather than keeping it for myself.
