So Europeans are slower than us? That is not what I thought. Maybe it is that we have caught up to them? Probably the likely scenario.
Anyway, Somewhere on the East Coast of Canada is a place where they are testing 100 Mbit. I'll like one of those guys to do the test, but good luck finding one of those people on the board. I think they are rare.
