Except that rugby does not allow a "FORWARD PASS" and rugby is not in any way as complicated as the NFL nor is soccer. As great as these games are to many around the world, the rules are very primitive and there's a reason why both are so popular. All you need is a ball and a open field (from first world to third world this is available to every child) and in a short time you can learn these games.
NFL "Football" is more like war then any game could possibly be or at least has been. And from a forum were WARFARE seems to be loved so very much by so many, I would think the NFL would be appreciated.

In football the object is for the quarterback, also known as the field general, to be on target with his aerial assault, riddling the defense in spite of the blitz. With short bullet passes and long bombs, he marches his troops into enemy territory, balancing this aerial assault with a sustained ground attack that punches holes in the forward wall of the enemy's defensive line."
