Patrol the Caribbean Sea north of Caracas, especially around the choke point between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic.
LOTS of single tankers.
It might start getting pretty hairy though in mid '43. Aircraft might hassle you a ton.
My current Atlantic career is mid '43 and the last patrol I made was to that area but, alas, me and my crew never made it-my boat went down with all hands in the Atlantic enroute while attacking a convoy I stumbled upon.
