Well after 1 week of waiting to have my Orange box account reset as i forgot the username login so thought i could just create a new one only to find when i did that the games off the Orange box wouldn't show up to install. I email steam and had to prove to them I wasn't some hack accounter. They sent me a number i had to write down on the serial card that comes with the box then i had to take a photo of it and scann email it back to them!
Anyways acc is back up and TF2 & Portal is installing as i type. Last time i played TF2 i found only servers with spanish/mexicans ???? with ping hitting the 400 mark. I must of lasted a week before i deleted the game.
This time round im hoping their are Aussie servers or any oceanic servers available hopefully they have fix this issue with us oceanic players.
EDIT: ignore. Found many oceanic servers including New Zealand ones! - ping 44
