Forgetting the actual distance(too busy with TDC) to my target and actually hitting/ramming it,as i like to creep up close this has happened to me on numerous occasions..
Refeulling at Midway and not payed attention to the plotted course,on TC and getting an enourmous framedrop near Midway not being able to stop it only by pressing an F key and get lucky,ramming into Midway and losing the boat..
