Do a Shell operation on the top deck.
Do the struts as new objects.
Do one side then clone and Mirror them.
Add Verts to the top decks bottom edge as needed to weld the struts.
You may want to detach the sides of the struts then for sharp edges
if they look wrong in Game.
You shouldn't need the back sides of the struts as no one should be able to see them.
Creating new Guns is a simple process.
So I see no reason not to have them.
