Hanomag, are you more than 25km away when they show up as contacts again, or still cose by?
It seems that some, but not all, of the conditions for being sunk are met by the game engine, so they are either not unrendered, or are re-rendered once beyond about 25km from the u-boat.

Yes I was definitely closer than 25k. I think I'll try moving away to get them to despawn. Thanks.
