Don't forget to cycle to the next tube (Y-key) after you've launched a torpedo to close that now empty tube's door. If you suddenly have to go deep while the the tube door is still open it won't reload no matter how many guys you cram in that compartment. I've forgotten
to do this a number of times & sat there wondering why the tube won't load!
