Probably script kiddies. Though they write well (which raises their age range a bit in my mind), so maybe some group out of Yugoslavia or something that is fed up with the world and corporations. These idiots don't realize that corps, while greedy bastards, tend to raise our lifestyles through products and services. You would never have the ease of life without the corporations that you do now. So I would put these idiots at about 18 years of age or there abouts because they see everything in black and white and there is no gray area. They are not smart enough to see the big picture regardless that they are smart enough to know how to hack.
An example is rock bands of the past. They always trashed the corps in their music in their young age (which sold their music and got them on the map) as they could only see black and white. As they got older, they sold their music to those same corps to promote some damn product!
The point being, they got older and wiser. So you have major clues as to the approximate age by the way they write.
