4. What is the depth that torpedoes can be fired? Is it dependent on the sub or torpedo? If so can you list out the depths for each. Also, is there anything else I need to take into consideration when firing from deeper then periscope depth? As in real life, there is a depth at which you can't fire torpedoes. I don't know what the number is exactly, but a little trial and error testing should give you an answer.

I known that depending on depth, the sub can open its tubes. When I am below that level, it won't let me open. I think I read somewhere that it was 25 meters for most boats and 50 meters for the XXI. I'll have to test it. I guess the depth does not matter to the torpedo.
