Excellent! I learned there are several ways to adjust the base. I can even adjust the subwoofer level from the amp so a little more fiddling one way or another should fix it .I'll let you know what happens this evening after work.BTW battle stations is very impressive in surround, I didn't realize how high the volume level was set ,I thought the bells of St.Mary were going to break the window!
