Hi andym,
First get the very latest version of JGSME - version 2.2.0.120 this will let you rename the JGSME MODS folder to another name.

Now install JGSME to "C:\Documents and Settings\Your Username\My Documents\Euro Truck Simulator" and when you make the JGSME MODS folder rename it so that it doesn't cause confusion with the mod folder already there.

When you put in your JGSME ready mods in this new folder it should have this structure of folders.

ModName/mod/mod-files

The ModName folder can be called any descriptive name.
The mod folder is were JGSME will place the files
The mod-files are your mod files which you want to be put in the mod folder.
