Off the top of my head I can not remember the store menu for "Willemstad" so I do not know what was
outlawed ( these store contraband items will change over time ).
Offhand you probably bought Sandalwood and went to "Fort Orange" ??
I just happen to be at "Willemstad" in Dec 1666 ( or I was when I saved and quit couple nights ago
