Let me say that you are dead on with your findings. I can't recall if 1.5 still has this problem or not though. If I remember correctly the sharp drain in battery amperage kicks in when you dip below X kts while submerged, I think it's somewhere in the vicinity of 4kts. But your table looks good there!
