Yeah, I've searched high and low for the Gold edition as well, but it's not to be found. No other solution than to order the standalone and expansion individually, or order abroad. Games are so fricking expensive over here, it's usually cheaper to order in UK and have it shipped.
Heck, it would be cheaper for me to order my PC components in US and have them shipped halfway around the Earth than buy in NL.
