That baby is going to have to get approved before the FAA will let you fly it so anything that gives it a military ability must go.There are a few older Mig-21Fs in the states(pre Bis) now a Mig-21Bis i dont know if they allow that. And you could forget about an SU-27 that is still a first world fighter.the ones at low end of the price spectrum are most likely junkers even by russian standards.I read somewhere that some guy bought two Mig-29s from Maldova for like $120,000.00 each. And the US did let them get shipped here but when the man asked for FAA approval they inspected tham and said no way because they cant have the avoinics that gives them a military ability and there is no alternative avoinics for a Mig-29 the planes would be rendered unflyable by FAA standards so i think the The USAF bought them and tested them to destruction(took them apart to test how strong the airframes where)

This is a very common trick pulled by former WARSAW pact and Soviet nations they know there are lots of western collectors and they will sell crap to them and laugh all the way to the bank.
